Engage Eurasia offers opportunities for students to develop a deep and growing spiritual life while being immersed into the beautiful and hospitable culture of the Middle East. Engage Eurasia has sites in Egypt, Jordan, and Israel. Here students can pursue a college degree and see their studies come alive in practical, tangible ways. Along with college studies, students will receive 4-8 hours per week of study in Arabic or other regional languages. Also, students have opportunities to explore biblical and historical sites.
Engage students will meet weekly for mentorship with a member of the Engage staff through group and one on one meetings. Students will also receive training in missiology, world religions, cross cultural communication, church planting and community life.
Additionally, roughly three times a year there is an opportunity to participate in a Vision Prayer Trip. These are exploratory opportunities to discover what God is doing in other cities/countries in the region and how He may burden your heart for particular people groups.
*VPT trips are optional, and it is possible that a VPT may be scheduled during your time with us in Engage.
Engage Students Spend 15-25 Hours Weekly in Service through:
English conversation groups in a cafe setting, art classes, literature clubs, children’s programs and other options where you may assist our interns, residents, and full time workers. The different settings of Engage Eurasia provide different styles/perspectives and a more well-rounded view of ministry in this part of the world.
