Engage was established to create a path for college age students to respond to the call of God on their life and to impact global communities while acquiring a higher education. Students are immersed into a missional culture and given “hands-on” training. They also have the opportunity to develop lifetime ministry goals, working together with and under the direction of career AG missionaries and national pastors. It is a deployment, boots on the ground program that answers the call of Matthew 9:37-38

Engage exists to empower the next generation of world and U.S. missionaries.

History

Engage started in 2004, with two students in Guadalajara Mexico, but the vision for Engage started four years earlier. The program was started after seeing the need to help students follow their call to be involved in the mission of God. Knowing that education had to play a major role in the lives of students, it was determined that Engage would be a study program with a missions purpose. Our dream was to partner with missionaries who would work with and mentor these students. They would teach and show them how to be a missionary. Beginning with two students in 2004, Engage has worked alongside hundreds of students, helping them follow the call of God on their lives. Engage exists to help students make an impact on the world.
